Design Production Contracts and Production Price Quotes
JAGDA issues and distributes contracts and quote forms based on the JAGDA Production Price Calculation Standards.
The Design Production Contract specifies basic contractual rights and obligations of the concerned designer and client, based on the Copyright Act. Both parties must maintain faith in a cooperative manner and fulfill the contractual obligations faithfully.
The Production Price Quote specifies an estimated design cost based on three items in the JAGDA Production Price Calculation Standards (design production charge, added-value charge and expenses).
