Yoshiaki IROBE
Born in Chiba in 1974. After completing MA course at the Tokyo National University of Fine Arts and Music in 2003, Irobe joined the Nippon Design Center. After working at its Hara Design Institute, he currently deals with a variety of media from 2D, 3D and spatial design, including VI, SP tool, package design, exhibition graphics and signage system. Received the SDA Award Gold Prize in 2008.
Rika EGUCHI
Born in Obihiro, Hokkaido in 1979. After graduating from Meisei University, Department of Art and Design in 2002, Eguchi completed the graduate program of Tama Art University, Department of Ceramics, Glass, and Metal Works and joined Dentsu in 2004. While working as an art director at its Communication Design Center, she exhibits artworks as an artist at museums both in Japan and abroad. Awards received to date include the “Hitotsubo-ten” Grand Prix and Taro Okamoto Contemporary Art Award Excellent Award.
Yoshinori OKADA
Born in Obihiro, Hokkaido. After graduating from Sapporo Designer Gakuin College, Okada joined the Sapporo Daido Printing Company in 1995. Received the Sapporo ADC Grand Prix and Jury’s Choice Awards (Shin Matsunaga Award and Junya Kamata Award).
Ryota SAKAE
Born in Tokyo in 1979. Sakae graduated from the Musashino Art University, Department of Industrial, Interior and Crafts Design with a major in textile design in 2004, and joined Hakuhodo the same year. His works were exhibited at the 28th and 29th “Hitotsubo-ten” exhibitions, and he received the Elliott Erwitt Prize at Uniqlo’s UT Grand Prix 2008.
