Born in Hiroshima prefecture in 1970.
Graduated from the Department of Industrial Design of Takushoku University in 1993. Joined Draft in 1996 after working at the advertising production firm The Man.

Noriaki HAYASHI

Born in Gifu prefecture in 1964.
Graduated from the Department of Design of Nagoya University of Arts in 1987. After working for Japan Graphics (now Taki Corporation), established Hayashi Design in 1991. The same year he was also contracted to begin serving on the creative staff of Kao Corporation. Recipient of the New York ADC Distinctive Merit Award in both 2001 and 2002. Member of Tokyo TDC.
