Hidetake Awano
Born in Fukushima in 1953. Graduated from Vantan Design Institute in 1973. Joined Do Company in 1974, then moved to Rice Company. In 1984, he started his own design studio, Momo-gumi.

Toshine Ishihama
Born in Aichi in 1955. Graduated from Musashino Art College in 1979 and joined the Ikko Tanaka Design Studio. Received the 49th Mainichi Advertising Design Prize in 1982 and established his own studio a year later. Had a one-man show in 1985 at Seibu Department Store in 1985.
