In addition to individual professional members, JAGDA has a patronage system for enterprises and organizations involved with graphic design. Furthermore, students and young professionals can participate in the Friends of JAGDA Program.
1. Individual with more than two years of practical experience as a professional graphic designer
2. Individual involved with graphic design education for two years or more
3. Individual with qualifications equal to those mentioned above
Membership Fee
Admission fee of ¥30,000; annual membership fee for residents in Japan of ¥36,000; annual membership fee for residents outside Japan of ¥24,000
Application Procedure
Please download the application form from this website and complete it with the signature of a JAGDA member as a referee. Submit the form to the JAGDA Secretariat with A4-sized printouts of five to ten representative works. The applications are reviewed at the Board Meetings of JAGDA four times a year.

Membership Fee: No admission fee required; annual membership fee of ¥10,000
